Summer Update-The Month of May (and More)!

Hello again!  I'm back!  It's been an extremely busy spring and summer for us around here and the blog had been pushed to the back burner because of it.

A major cause of the delayed blog updates was that I was having issues with my old camera.  I got a new one for Mother's Day but wasn't really happy with that one.  I ended up exchanging it for a different model.  I'm still trying to get used to this one.  It has so many more features on it than my old camera did!  It's a learn-as-you-go process! 

So, this month, I'm going to give you this update a little differently. This time, just the pictures will be posted by each day with not a lot of writing with it. I just wanted to get the pictures posted as quickly as possible so you can enjoy them!

Here's what kept us busy the month of May:

Tuesday, May 1st:

Here are a couple of pictures of the completed Mother's Day gifts.  I think they all turned out absolutely adorable!

Sometimes when I eat my breakfast in the morning, usually of a muffin or toast, I will eat it in the living room with the children.  Lately, Maggie and/or Parker will come up to me when they see me eating and open their mouths-like little baby birds!  It's so cute, how can you not share???  I mentioned this to Sherry and this is what she sent with Maggie's lunch on this day.  Thanks Sherry!
