St. Patrick's Day!

This week our theme was all about St. Patrick's Day. We read books about leprechauns and learned about some of the ways people like to celebrate on St. Patrick's Day (like seeing parades and wearing green). We even had a surprise visit from a sneaky leprechaun who changed our milk green for the day!!!

Our arts and crafts project was a Pot-of-Gold sun catcher. We all wore something green and enjoyed the special St. Patrick's Day cookies and necklaces that Drew and Luke brought to share with everyone (thanks Kriss).




We all got to pose for a picture with the special mask and pretend we were leprechauns! Everyone had a lot of fun. The weather was beautiful so we got to enjoy some wonderful time outside playing with the cars and bikes (finally!)!













Next week our theme is rabbits which will lead us right into the following week's Easter theme. Just a reminder that I will be closed on Good Friday (April 2nd). I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
