Update: January Wrap-up

Here are the pictures and happenings to wrap-up what we did around here up through the end of January!
Tuesday, January 17th, we picked up right where we had left off the week before, with Alex, Maggie and Parker together once again!  I love this picture of Maggie and Alex.  Little Maggie was so proud that she had crawled up to Alex and pulled herself up next to him!  It was so cute I had to take a picture!

The next thing I know, here comes Parker who wanted to be able to do the same thing Maggie did!  It was so cute!

Wednesday, January 18th, we had Maggie, Livy and Alex here.  Just a few pictures were taken that day.  Here they are:

During quiet time, Alex played with a new app I had downloaded to my Kindle Fire.  He really enjoyed mixing up cookie dough, baking and then decorating cookies all right there while sitting on the couch!

Friday, January 20th, we had just Alex and Parker once again.  Parker just loves her baby doll here and she enjoyed wrapping her baby doll up in the blanket.

Tuesday, January 24th, was a busy day with Alex, Maggie, Parker and Livy all here for the day.  We had a great time playing downstairs that morning.  I got a lot of good pictures that day.

Tuesday, January 25th, brought Maggie, Alex and Jackson here for the day.  Maggie loved playing with Jackson that morning.

Maggie has started eating Cheerios now.  She is still trying to get used to them and sometimes gags on them, but she's catching on quickly!

Thursday, January 26th, was another fun-filled and busy day with Maggie, Parker, Alex, Jackson and Luke all here for the day!  We played downstairs for part of that day too.  The boys enjoyed a game of Buck-a-Roo together.

Friday, January 27th, was another fantastic day with plenty to keep us busy!  We were so excited to have Shelby here for the day.  Drew and Luke were also here for the day, along with Maggie, Alex and Parker.

It's tradition around here to dance with the Channel 9 news group on Friday mornings during their "Friday Dance Off".  The children LOVE it!  Every Friday, just before 9am, they play a fun song to dance to at the end of their program.  They invite everyone watching to join in and dance.  I took pictures of the children dancing that day.  Check out the news people on the TV too!  Here are the pictures:

Later that afternoon, the older children got to head outside for a little fresh air.  After posing for a quick picture, Shelby, Drew and Luke had fun kicking the basketball around.  Alex was busy with the snow shovel, wanting to clear off some of that freshly fallen snow from the driveway.

Monday's are not a usual day that my child care business is open.  I will make exceptions once and awhile though.  January 30th was one of those days.  Jackson and his little sister Hayden got to come over for a few hours while their Mom went to an appointment.  Hayden isn't used to being here but she did very well that day.  It helped a lot having big brother Jackson here with her I'm sure!

Tuesday, January 31st, brought Alex, Maggie and Parker here for the day.  Maggie ended up going home early due to sickness.  Alex played some games on the laptop computer while Parker napped during quiet time.
